A mobile spa party is a hassle-free, convenient and fun way for parents to celebrate their princess and their friends.

All of our parties include manicures, pedicures, singing, dancing, activists, party host, entertainment, and fun to create unforgettable memories to make your girl and her friends feel truly special. See party packages for additional information. Every spa birthday packages features these extras:
Use of our silky pampered spa robes
Tiara and sash for the birthday girl
Accessories for the girls to wear on on the bus
Polished and Pampered music playlist or movie throughout the entire bash (or we can play your own — just tell us your favorite appropriate song)
Large Plasma TV
How do I book a party?
You may go to polishedandpampereobilespa.com, select book, then select your party package and date. A party RETAINER FEE is required to book your party. This fee is non-refundable. The retainer fee will go towards the cost of your party.

Does the bus travel with the kids?
No! Once we arrive at your home or venue of choice, we park the bus in your driveway or designated parking area. The safety of the children is most important. We place parking cones in the rear and front of the bus. **WE DO NOT TRANSPORT CHILDREN** The remaining balance will need to be paid completely a week before the party. What happens if a child has and accident or gets hurt on the bus?
In the event a child is hurt or injured on Polished & Pampered mobile spa, LLC will not be held responsible. We ask that you assist children on and off the bus. And, to make frequent drop-ins as services are being provided.
How far in advance do I need to book a party?
We would like for all parties to be book at least two weeks or more in advance.
What if I need to cancel or postpone my party?
If you must postpone, we will work with you to reschedule your party to a later date. You have up to 72 hours to provide written notice for all cancellations and rescheduling in order to apply your deposit as credit valid up to one year from the date of the party or you will forfeit your deposit. This is strictly enforced due to the reservation nature of our business. We will make every attempt to reschedule your party within the desired time frame should you need to reschedule.ce.
What happens if a party is canceled due to inclement weather or mechanical failure?
If Polished & Pampered mobile spa Bus cannot make it to your party due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen mechanical failure, we will return your full deposit or make alternate party arrangements that are acceptable to the party host.
How long is each spa bus party? When do you need the final RSVP count?
Our service lasts 2-3 hours, however, there may be parties that take place in less time, in this case, if the girls are ready and have enjoyed all the activities we offer, they can go down before.
We will need your final RSVPs no later than a week prior to the party. You may call or email it to us. This total will determine your remaining balance. The number you give us is what we will use to prepare for the party.
What is the minimum/maximum attendances?
The minimum amount of girls that may be scheduled for a party is 2-4 girls. The maximum amount of girls that may be scheduled for a party is 8-10 girls. If less than the minimum attend to your party, you will still be charged for the party minimum for your party package.
What should be done for a child that has food allergies?
It will be your responsibility to check for food allergies and to inform us of any concerns. If a guest should have severe allergies please let me know so I can accommodate this child.
What do I need to prepared for this party?
Please have all nail polish removed from hands and feet there will be an extra charge of $5 per child will be added if not removed. Also, have the party area and/or driveway clear for setup.
What happens if guest arrive late? Can I make changes to my party after I book?
We have a set schedule, so we are unable to wait for guests that arrive late. They may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to when arriving.
Depending on what needs to be changed, yes. Just call and ask. You can make changes to your party, but all changes must be made no later than two weeks before the party date. After the second week deadline All changes are final.
What if we want to open gifts?
That is fine. We request that your setup time for after our allotted time slot.
What about parking for the Spa Bus?
Please leave some space for us to park on flat land where we will not be blocked. You are responsible for securing parking space and getting parking permit (if needed).
How far will Polished and Pampered travel?
We serve the Shreveport/Bossier area. All travel has a max of 40 miles from Shreveport, Louisiana 71118. Please call if you are further that given distance to see if we can accommodate you.
Is there a travel charge?
Yes, up to 30 miles is included in our service area at no additional cost. In addition, Polished and Pampered services a secondary area within 31-50 miles from 71118 for an additional travel surcharge at $5/ per mile.
Can parents stay on the bus while party is taking place?
Due to limited space and comfort, parents are not allowed on bus while spa services are being performed. However, one parent at a time can come check in on the girls and get quick pictures. All parents are welcome to relax and wait outside the bus for pink carpet runway finale.
Should we tip party hostess.
Tips are not required but if we made your little girl’s party a beautiful experience, gratuity is appreciated.
